So much has happened since last summer. We found our dream home when we returned from our trip and after a long battle on the short sale, we finally bought it in November. Then we spent many days planning our Waupaca wedding and got married in May. We have been so busy this year that Mike has not even had a chance to look twice at Amber. She has now become a winter project and we plan on finishing our trip along the Pacific coast next summer. Even though we have been so busy this summer, there is not a day that we do not sit back, reflect on last years adventure, and wish we were there. Mike always said "This is going to be the trip of a lifetime" and he was right. All to often we zip through life and forget to seize the moment. It is adventures like this that remind us how precious every experience truly is!
P.S. We are planning on spending our honeymoon in August up in Boundary Waters. We will post our experiences and pictures of this when we return!
